The staff were so helpful and friendly with directions, making reservations and even getting us transportation when we needed them. Our room was always clean and cool, the couple that were at the desk the day we arrived on 9/11/2026 both were spectacular. We do recommend to stay at Nicola Rossio, great location and everything is in walking distance. John&Theresa Paiva from Massachusetts US.
