This hotel is very conveniently located, with relatively easy access to airport, cruise terminal, and shopping and dining. Only downside is that the entrance is on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk your luggage about a block from the closest possible uber or taxi drop-off location.

We had a nice stay, the best thing about the hotel was the location and the friendliness of the reception. The foyer and common areas of the hotel were beautiful but the room felt very dated. For what we paid, service and the location we were happy with our stay.

I cannot speak more highly of a hotel than this. The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was beautiful, breakfast was satisfying, the location perfect and the general manager was a delight to speak with. Definitely would stay again in Lisbon.

Rooms were just ok. Very dated and small in size. We stayed here the last two years and rooms were much better. It seems some rooms are refurbished and some are not. Breakfast was just ok. The quality of the food was poor. Also breakfast room is small and very busy. I honestly don’t think it’s worth the money paid. It has a central location and staff are very courteous and helpful.
