The front desk staff was very nice and my check in seemless and friendly. My only critique is that there was no chair in the room with few storage spaces for our things. Other than that we were very happy. The room was spotless and we loved the automatic shades on the windows.

The entire hotel was spotless; you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything immaculate. The location is perfect as well, with easy access to transport, shops, and great spots to explore. It made getting around the city so effortless. Overall, a brilliant stay from start to finish. I would highly recommend HF Fénix Music and can’t wait to come back!
