The room was clean and the second day, Christmas Eve, we even had someone come in and clean while we were out. Breakfast was more than adequate, plenty of protein choices, yogurt, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. The front desk was always very helpful with extra blanket and instructions about parking. Parking attendants were great.

Room service is terrible, didn’t clean room then the next day because I let the desk know that we did not get service, they cleaned but didn’t restock the coffee in the room (which was completely gone).
