Property was clean and had nice linen. The furniture was worn and stained. Breakfast consisted of toast or bagels and juice. There was no butter for toast, cold cereal or milk. There was a few packs of instant oatmeal there. Without any space for tables (not their fault, just not enough room) the scant breakfast had to be taken back to your room.

Super clean place to stay for cheap. Staff was very friendly. Room was small but very clean & nice. Just like the pictures. Only complaint was it was right next to the highway so we heard every car all night.

Staff was excellent- very friendly and accomidating. They made great recommendations for our stay i.e. what to do and where to eat. I was really taken by how pleasant they are. Facility on the outside looks worn especially with a backdrop of brand new towering constructions just behind it. Everything in the room was very clean, but old. So for example the sheets where pristinely white but the head board faux leather was rubbing off. I would recommend removing the stained lounge chair if it could not be replaced. Im not sure why staying in nashville is so expensive. I chose this hotel due to cost. Overall i was very happy with my stay.

the property located in really bad side of the town. when we arrived to the property and checked in, there was a drunk guy sitting on the steps drinking and we could not get to our room.
