Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club
Hotel is in desperate need of updating. Rooms and bathrooms are in poor condition. Hallways have visible marks and dents in the walls and carpets. Food is poor in Zest, breakfast is mediocre.

Room booked for two. But only has towels etc for one guest. Requested additional towel and given a flimsy towel from the spa.
