Royal Garden Hotel
"One star SERVICE - There are many things that I liked about this hotel, but the negatives outweighed the good. After traveling around the world many times, I don't think I've come across such incompetent staff until now. The window was broken so they switched me to another room, when they did so, they failed to leave the room keys with me and they said they'd come back right away to remove what was an extra portable bed in my room and replace it with a sofa. Five HOURS later after being told many times by multiple people that it would be "just a few Minutes", I received my room keys and the portable bed was moved out and the sofa in. All this while I was unable to shower whilst waiting for them to return and wanting to get out to see the city. There was no compensation after ruining my first day in London. I could say more about the dining and breakfast... but I'll leave it at that. Five Star Hotel -- One star service."
