Check-in experience was very lengthy. I waited over 30 minutes just to get to the desk. Only 2 staff working desk area. Once at the counter it still took another 10 minutes!! I already had a paid reservation!!! Club members get to skip the line regardless of how long other paying customers have been waiting. It was insulting.

The room had carpet and ceiling stains. The paint was scraping off in the bathroom. The pillows were not even a standard size and I asked for more and only had one as they were “short on pillows”. No room service at all and had to ask for towel replacements and make our bed

Lady at front desk said she is a manager very rude disrespectful long lines.Had to use the stairs to go up and down to hotel room! Room we were in was all messed up sheets were stained room.. room was older room. I guess I’m assuming they were also overbooked. Didn’t know what to do with people.. We booked a whole month in advance.

DON’T STAY here unless you like DIRTY!!

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. The rooms in North Tower River view was ok INSIDE the room. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Walk out your door and everything was filthy. The carpets, walls, ice machine, even saw a dog lift his leg and pee on the wall and carpet in front of Smash Burger restaurant. Family pool was FILTHY, high chlorine, water cloudy, dirty tiles all around it. Many tiles broken off all around the pool. You could wipe dirt off with a finger, ZERO staff present to control the loud boom boxes of music, Zero lifeguards. Cement around the pool was cracked and broken everywhere. We got in and got out within a couple minutes. Went right to our room and showered and washed hair. I can’t stress enough how awful this place was. Resort should be NO WHERE in their name. They also don’t allow any kind of umbrella even a personal one, anywhere within the beach or water access area. You can rent a palapa for 2 people $$300+ or a cabana $400+. All were mostly unused. Due to price.

stayed in “newly renovated” north tower, looked kinda worn down already so i couldn’t imagine how the regular rooms would be. there were 2 bugs found in the bed and hair clogging the shower drain ! overall i wouldn’t stay there again, the casino didn’t have an inviting classic casino vibe and there wasn’t any good food located inside the hotel. Took a water taxi over to the golden nugget and that looked much nicer, would’ve preferred to stay there.

Staff was nice and arcade and beach was great for the kids. Our room had dirty lingerie and a blanket still in the room as well as the fridge was dirty and just an older room. For the price it wasn’t worth it. The casino didn’t just take our money though it let us play for awhile and the staff were so friendly that it made us forget about the room.

The hotel rooms were clean and tidy. The problem was the staff was rude from the moment of check in to check out. The Smash burger restaurant was under staffed and took an hour to order and get your food. So many customers were upset. They couldn’t serve alcohol because no one on the staff was 21 and over. The beach does not allow floatation devices. But the day before our beach day everyone had one. We rented the super cabana and the extra fees they charge make the cabana $100 more. The pin up pizza place is amazing if you can get the staff to acknowledge you long enough to order food. I have come here multiple times over the years and this year was by far the worse of all. The beach is the reason we choose this hotel to park jet skis. But we will be changing hotels. We paid for early check in and our room still was not ready until way after 4pm.

This by far was the worst place I ever stayed at my truck was broken into $8000 and tools were stolen. The first room was full of cockroaches. I’ll never stay there ever again.

We booked a renovated room. However, when we checked in, it seemed that "renovated" only meant new paint. The bed was old and creaky, and the overall condition of the room was outdated. I was given a room with an adjoining door, which I would recommend avoiding if possible, as that's where most of the noise comes from. I could hear kids and people laughing and joking until 11 PM.

Beds were hard as rocks cocktail waitress are slow suck 30 mins to get a drink at tables elevators in cental tower were broken only 1 worked order a riverview got a parking lot view moved to river front view but git charged more for a older room and horrible beds underneath beds was food garbage etc roof in shower was coking apart the drywall ice machines had no ice
