I am so disappointed staying at the Harrah’s , a family member choose this hotel , when we got there the room was hot , we call to let them know and they sent someone to fix it , it didn’t make a difference, and it was over 100 degrees out there , No towels , stain blankets , we actually spend our days at the Aquarius the casino there was very fresh to be inside, forgot to mention that Harry’s it self felt like room temperature it was horrible never staying there again

Bathroom toilet was constantly running water and loud all 3 nights we stayed, fan in bathroom worked extremely poorly if not at all, tenenats prior to us left a bunch of trash, food and tissues under the bed so it obviously wasnt cleaned. Room television kept going blurry and turning off, wouldnt have been a big deal but we have a toddler and that is her life line. Room AC wouldnt get cold at all, overall not very satisfied with our stay at your hotel but we enjoyed our get away regardless.

Room smelled like urine. AC vent full of dust. Carpet is dirty, not properly vacuumed, edges dusty in need of vacuum. Sink was very slow to drain - maintenance came but it remained the same. They couldn’t accommodate us to another room.

Not the best at all

Overall was not what we expected. Hotel was old and although they said it was recently renovated, it didn’t seem like it. The bathroom door didn’t lock, there were no mirrors except in the bathroom, the walls were stained and there was pubic hair in the bathroom shower. The casino takes up most the bottom floor but the hotel isn’t very large so it leaves very little room for kids to roam. The food establishments opened late and closed pretty early imo and it was cheap food but extremely overpriced. We left a day early let’s put it that way. The pools were mediocre and the kids pool was so small there wasn’t any room for us to go in. And the pool that served drinks was 21 and over which meant I couldn’t go in because I have an 11 and 17 year old. Not an accurate description when looking imho.

Reserve un cuarto de dos camas en el central tower porque iba con mis dos perritos pero cuando llegue hacer el check in me dijieron que ya no tenían abitacion disponible y me dieron de una cama no más cuando ya me habían cobrado por la de dos camas y el cuarto estaba sucio y olía mal, la señora que me atención en la parte de enfrente estaba enojada y con actitud. Si piensan quedarse aquí no lo hagan!

Great stay gym area great beach area ok definitely need pathway up & down to beach other than trudging through deep sand back up 😉 room very nice mattress comfortable DEFINITELY NEED to increase shower water pressure forsure very important to get sand off body and be able to take a decent shower but the rooms were nice had to clean up shower floor upon arrival because long strands of hairs still there but not blaming worker of that day we all have missed things at our own jobs 😊 God bless all

I checked into a room that was very dirty,. I was able to change rooms , second room was clean. The female bartender at the bigger bar working on Wednesday night was rude. The other staff were really nice. Great selection of slots and fun energy on the casino floor.

Good place to stay while on a budget

Overall it was a nice hotel for the price. The beach access was beautiful and the workers and locals were so friendly. We enjoyed it

Elevators are old and look out of date , plus room I was staying in and have multiple witnesses that booked in same tower that the ac don’t get cold In our rooms felt really humid and suffocating.
