This is a beautiful house, in a great neighborhood, and amazing location. The view is just as pictured. There is road noise from Rt. 95 but when the waterfall is running in the pool you don't even hear it. The house has huge windows in the main areas, which brings in lots of natural light. The primary bedroom is gorgeous and spacious, and the other bedrooms are also very roomy. Everything is provided, from towels to soap for laundry, dishwasher, trash bags. We were a group of 6 and were all very comfortable and had plenty of room for our cars and even got to put one of our vehicles in the garage. The house and property were very clean and well maintained. The host Nicole was great, very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back to stay here and highly recommend this location.

Great trip

We go boating on Lake Havasu every year. We decided to get a house this time instead of a hotel. It was nice to get off the lake and come back to a pool. Everyone had their own room. House was big and very comfortable. Nicole was very kind and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. I would rent here again.

Great stay for our family. We came from 3 different locations and worked out perfect for us. Ages ranged from 11 to 73 and was something here for everyone. Definitely recommend it for a larger group. Awesome location. Host was very accommodating.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the essentials. The indoor bar and outdoor pool area made us almost not want to leave and having the view of the lake was so serene. The location was perfect, not too far from the hustle and bustle, like 10 min. The host was incredibly communicative and responded to all my questions promptly. Highly recommend! We will be back!
