Room was great and front staff @ check in was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was truly not up to par, toaster was not working, basically no response when I asked about it.

The room was very clean and delightful looking over the London Bridge. The only thing that was odd, all the lights were overhead, no lamps in the living room or bedroom.
