The rooms are severely outdated. We had holes in the curtains, the balcony door had holes, toilet roll holder couldn't hold the toilet paper, and many more things. I could keep going, but I've Karen'd enough.

The wife and I have stayed here numerous times and will continue staying here. I rated this hotel at a four, the only reason may sound funny to some. But it's the only complaint I have. The toilets in every room we have stayed, has the smallest and lowest toilets I have ever seen. They might as well give you a hole in the floor and let you squat over it. Told you it would sound funny, but it really bothers me.

You get what you pay for.

Poor overall condition of the hotel. Ripped Carpeting, Frosted refrigerators, Ice Machines that didn't work, Toilet seats that weren't attached properly. We had a balcony with chairs without padding. The padding was on the floor of the balcony. On the plus side, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. You get what you pay for.

The staff waa good. Polite and helpful. The 4th floor had a wierd smell like old ranch. The bath towels were the size of hand towels. The wash cloth was a cleaning rag. Water went through the shower curtain all over the floor. They're we no breakfast, which was not mentioned when i asked the day before check in they said they're was. It was an ok stay...not horrible.

This place looks like it is about to close. Scary elevator with broken emergency phone. Ice machine broken. Only one lamp in room worked. Door was about to fall off. The staff was friendly and it was actually as clean as rundown can be.

Disappointing and terrible experience

Several curtain panels were missing and the walls were peeling in the bathroom. The shower towels that were given still looked dirty and stained and they didn't even have enough shower towels for our family of four (in the whole hotel). The in- room coffee maker was filthy and missing a piece, and when we asked for a replacement or the piece to fix it, they said they didn't have anything. The luggage cart also had flat tires. The cops had also been called for something and were walking the halls... I knew that I didn't book a 5-star hotel, but we were only looking for basic things and didn't have horribly high expectations. The only enjoyable part of the stay was the pool. The water was clear and the bottom of the pool was very clean for an outdoor pool. Lesson learned, definitely not family friendly.

Was denied check in for hours finally later around midnight a lady finally realized her new agent failed to notice my room was paid for in advance using rewards and did not do something proper. I did not like how my partner was treated and told go take it up with Expedia when it had nothing to do with Expedia it was the fact an agent was not properly trained or did not fully remember her job. Room was neat but tub was dirty . Balcony was ok it was good enough for the 6 of sleep we got
