Really really bizarre experience. Walked in with my bags, check in guy looks up briefly then back at computer. So I wait patiently behind the covid partition and minutes go by. Finally I peek over the counter and the dude starts rattling off something to me in Spanish. For the record, I am asian. So I say sorry, is there someone here that speaks English? He then says that he does. Then silence. Okaaayy I’m thinking. I say um are you busy? He ACTUALLY says - oh I’m watching the game. (!!?!?) Then more uncomfortable silence. The check in process that finally took place was extremely awkward with him slamming a pen in front of me at one point. I was like, are you mad? I wanted to speak with a manager or basically run for my life but I was so tired from driving.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry you experienced this at our property. We do allow employees to use their personal devices when guests are not present. But once guests are present they must put their devices away. Again, I apologize for this experience.

Great value. Nice view of pool and mountains. Room had full kitchenette with hot plate which was nice. Good sized room and bathroom. Could have been a little cleaner and more updated, but we had a pet-friendly room so I didn’t expect anything fancy. Nice thick walls so it was quiet. Pool and jacuzzi are nice, and they give you pool towels.

They remodeled the kitchenettes. Besides the granite countertop, they provide a convection hot plate and dishware to match. No more cabinets for clothing, though. The other changes made that OK with me.

Ok place - room had chemical smell and continental breakfast very sparing. No counter in bathroom for our toiletries. Staff was very nice and one even had to run after us when I left my bag on counter at checkout - I was grateful

I loved the double room option it made it so much easier to have an extra separate room for our kids . Everything was nice and clean .
