2/10 Terrible

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The hotel has 2 floors and NO elevator. That’s kind of an important detail to not disclose to potential customers. Also, the place shows a lot of wear and tear. The carpeting in the halls was dirty and had stains. The floors in my room looked kind of dirty. The bed and bedding was comfortable. Had I known there wasn’t an elevator going to the second floor, I wouldn’t have stayed there.

Stay was very near to London bridge resort and the rotary beach where kids can play and enjoy the water safely. And breakfast was good with pancakes, bagels, coffee. King size Room was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids as they gave a sofa with attached bed to it. Overall nice stay.. no complaints.
