I love the them!! I can't even call them staff because they are like family.They are absolutely beautiful people!! The rooms are so perfect, I stay here quite a bit. The beds are like home. 😍 The showers are amazing, linens are lovely. Coffee is at 7 and Terry makes the best coffee in town. ❤️

I stay here frequently. This place is the best!! Terry is absolutely lovely. I love coming here. It's a block from the London Bridge. It's tucked away off the 95. The rooms are adorable, the linens are fluffy and the rocks!! Love, love, Love this cute boutique hotel.

Very unhappy customer

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. There was no hot water!!! I ran the shower for over 10 minutes and still had to take a freezing cold shower. There was construction everywhere. I felt like I was staying in a war zone. I left management a message about the lack of hot water and no response. They obviously don't care about their customers.

Easy parking, reception lady very helpful, room clean and good size. Only negative was at that moment they were refurbishing some of the hotel and reception area. But I think this will soon be over. The overnight stay was better than expected as the receptionist told us about the ferry to the casino across the water. We went and had a meal there and was a lovely added extra to our trip 👍 also the area by London Bridge was good.
