"Beautiful property. But the fact that they have the worst pillows ever is mind baffling. Had to call desk and the ones they brought were still terrible. Not sure how a place so expensive gets such a big thing wrong. Even though they are a Disney family hotel they do not have the good pillows like Disney. Also note that they charge a 50$ resort fee as well as $40 a day to park there. Next time I’ll just stay at a Disney resort. Also no microwave or refrigerator in room. But the hotel is “ luxury “"
