Beautifully located on a hill, this home's location CAN NOT BE BEAT & you won’t have to deal with Laguna’s traffic nor parking issues! PRICELESS!

This house is completely REMODELED. Given the unique location between the Ocean & the Mountains, you get to enjoy refreshing ocean breeze at all times. You will get to enjoy our new amenities including high end appliances, Local “Laguna Coffee” coffee, new Dishwasher, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, super-fast Wi-Fi/perfect for remote work, sit/stand workstation, 55” TV, KING bed, Poly & Bark leather couches, and ALL other high end essentials.

EV charging are available for your use and upon request. The dedicated parking spot is for a regular size sedan.

I’ve lived in Laguna Beach for a decade & my husband for 20+ years, we both previously lived in this unit for a few years. I know FOR SURE this is the best spot & the nicest most modern vacation rental in Laguna, and I’ll be here to make sure your stay with us is as pleasant as possible.
