He walked my wife down to our room, but we had an issue with the AC sounding like it was broke, so he quickly got us another room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the pillows were terrible. The breakfast offered was ok, basically waffles, and a few other items. Most hotels we stay at have a much better selection of breakfast items, that's fresher and won maintained."
