The place was filthy, the guests inthe second room that I rented had dirty sheets which were never replaced, they slept on the mattress. We should have read reviews, I would not want to represent a place like this!

We certainly saw this review coming. All the sheets were the same. The guests who were here on the same night, Friday night June 18th, 2021,all had sheets that were washed in the same manner by the same laundry staff. It just seems that there's always a complainer in the bunch. We were sold out that night, and our guests who paid more for their rooms than you did had no similar complaints. The guests who paid higher rates for their rooms (you saved by purchasing far in advance and accepting very rigid change restrictions) didn't seem to see the same problems. In any case, when we fail to exceed the guest's the expectations, we have failed, and for our failure, we apologize.

What keeps us scratching our heads is that your negative review and and also positive review on Travelocity's partner site, Hotels.com, posted the same day, and that reviewer, who signed that review, gave us 8-out-of-10 stars, and said our facility was "clean."

Pool was not indicated that it couldn't be used, parts of the ceiling fell on me in the shower, carpet was sticky, cleaning crew kept trying to enter our room even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Breakfast was only toast or coffee/ milk and nothing else.

The hotel was unclean, the sheets hadn’t been changed, the bathroom was unsanitary. The tubs didn’t drain and only one lamp worked, the outside was littered with trash. Worst hotel experience ever.

Mold was growing in bathroom tile coming up

Staff was wonderful, room was nasty. Tile coming up, shower curtain has stuff all over it, walls are very thin you could hear the next room just talking, carpet was nasty, room stunk

do not stay there. paint, falling off . floor, ( what can i say , ) f... up . tv, from 1970 . bed , i went and got some spray to kill ( what ever) it was .
