The air conditioner made a noise so it was hard to sleep. The shower didn't work and the tub was broken. Overall, i was very disappointed.

I would never recommend this property. The staff were ill prepared and unprofessional. They talked down about the staff and hotel. The first room we were given was dirty and poorly kept. The next room was a little better-at least the bed was actually made. The carpet is nasty and frayed. There are holes in the drywall and the bathroom had cigarette burn marks all over it. The complimentary breakfast had basically nothing. Very disappointing stay.

Good location and value

Cons: TV channel guide not present. Fitness center equipment functional, but old and missing some pieces.
Near shopping, dining within walking distance, easy access to major area highways. Nice room, especially for price. Not luxurious, but very comfortable and functional, and breakfast good. Will stay again.

Not "Quality".

Pros: Convenient location to soccer fields.
Cons: Overall cleanliness/housekeeping needs big improvement. Property needs attention. Breakfast was fair, juices tasted funny.
Location: Close to mall, and food. The area is nice.
Room was not clean (wrappers, food on floor, and found pill on bed). General maintenance of room needs attention (burns on bathroom fixture, smoke detector hanging on wall, fixed plaster with not paint touch up). Overall the room was fair but the spurs found on the clean towels was the last straw.

They expected me to plunge a plugged toilet!

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Just before we were going to sleep, the toilet plugged up, and when I called the desk about it, they told me to come down and get the plunger! Just wanting to get to sleep, I did so, but the one they gave me was a small size, like for a sink rather than a toilet. So they gave us a different room, which turned out to be a smoking room (we were originally in a nonsmoking room). Understaffed (the person at the desk was the only one there, which was why he couldn't have someone plunge the toilet for us) and not very helpful staff.

not happy with hotel maid service

The maid service on Sat. Jan 8th 2011 was non existent, we came back to our room around 3pm and the room was exactly as we left it in the AM beds unmade and no clean towels. We went to the front desk,and was told that he could do nothing about it it was managers decision. He gave us some clean towels and offered to make up the beds, I refused., the bed making. I asked if he could do anything about it (lower the price ,etc) He said since we didn't book directly with them (the Jamson Inn) he could not do anything to correct it and to contact "Travel agency" If we knew the maid service was not being used on the weekend we should have been informed, And would have probably made other arrangements. We paid for full service on the room and we did not get it. I feel we should be compensated in some way for the inconvenience. Thank you for attention in this matter. ABC
