An awesome Kuta hotel

Loved staying here for 3 nights. Super friendly staff. Very modern room. Internet was fast and reliable. The only negative was the breakfast buffet - which was crowded and disorganised. Need management attention.

Great location, many food and convenience stores nearby. Close to beach and malls. Staffs are super friendly. The room itself is a bit old, and there is construction nearby. Other than that is all good.

A good hotel conveniently located with all facilities at a reasonable price. I liked the room and breakfast with a lot of dishes available to choose from. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The presence of foreign currency exchange and clinic are a plus.

We booked this hotel for one night prior to moving to a resort the following day. We arrived in Bali after midnight and wanted somewhere close to the airport to get into bed asap. We arranged an airport transfer with the hotel which all went smoothly. Check in was swift and our triple room was extremely spacious, with a shower the size of a small bathroom! Breakfast was great with lots of choice. We asked for a late checkout which was granted. I can’t fault our stay and would happily stay here again.

Property was nice and had a lovely pool side. I didn’t find the food to my liking and found ordering late at night most food was unavailable due to running out of items. Having a room tab is incredibly difficult to set up and although we paid deposit we couldn’t use anywhere. Traveling with a family of 5, two teens everyone always had to have money on them for a drink or food. This was annoying and enough for us to not return although if that wouldn’t bother you then it’s a lovely place and close to walking streets.

L’hôtel est convenable pour passer une ou deux nuits avant ou après un vol. La qualité de service est très satisfaisante : les employés sont souriants, à l’écoute et disponible. Par contre l’hôtel est un peu vieillissant sur certains aspects et il n’y a pas d’insonorisation, vous entendez les moindres faits et gestes des chambres avoisinantes, ce qui n’est pas agréable quand on a besoin de se reposer. La piscine est belle et propre.
