Lovely hotel located in Seminyak. I stayed with my 2 children aged 20 and 18, and we had a great time at W. The hotel is on the beach, but you can’t swim in the sea along this coast line as the waves are too strong. We were upgraded to a sea view room due to my Marriott Bonvoy membership, a really nice touch. Has a great pool, with bean bags to relax in the pool. We had a few issues with breakfast, everything was resolved and the staff went above and beyond to make up for it. All the staff are amazing at the hotel, we were well looked after. Highly recommend the sea view room, we had one on the 5th floor, great views and you can hear the waves from the room. They have golf buggies to drive you to the main road from reception, another nice touch.

A wonderful experience

This was a gift for my daughter and fiancé for their engagement and the hotel staff went above and beyond in making this stay memorable for them. They decorated the room and even supplied a cake with well wishes written on the icing. Absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Super luxurious and the staff made sure to make us feel super welcome. The treat you like royalty it was the best 7 days of our lives i will definitely be recommending to family and freinds and one more thing the views of the ocean were unreal. Thank you soo much to whoever is running this place management is doing a great job.
