Very dissapointed

The level of incompetence of the staff is simply staggering. This is Ritz Carlton hotel, I expect everything to be perfect, this is what this brand represents but that’s not how things work in this hotel. To start,they did not create a membership number for me, despite the staff’s promises. I guess they just don’t know how to do it. Then I noticed that many employees simply don’t speak basic English and they could not understand what I am asking them to do which was very frustrating. The European food in the restaurants was tasteless, and my daughter complained that at least one lady in the Kids club was rude to the kids there.

Such an amazing property. Staff are exceptionally warm and friendly. Well trained and ready to help always. Ritz Kids club was very enjoyable for kids and adults with a wonderful slide. There’s also buggies to take you everywhere if you don’t feel like walking the beautifully landscaped grounds One of the best parts is that breakfast ends at 11 so there’s plenty of time to lie in Food wise you can order grab food and they’ll take it to the lobby if you don’t eat at the hotel

The hotel is stunning! The location is right on the beach and is very clean! It has a lovely pool suitable for all ages and is set among greenery and trees The staff are beautiful people, very professional and helpful The bar and restaurants serve great food and cocktails, and always with a smile. We had such a wonderful stay at The Ritz Carlton in Nusa Dua which is where we went to kick off our honeymoon. The property is stunning, right from when you walk into the main lobby with a gorgeous view overlooking the Indian Ocean, to the tropical village feel as you're walking around and the gorgeous rooms, where we had access to a pool lagoon right from our room, it really is a very luxurious experience. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel so special on our honeymoon, from decorating the room to sharing special treats with us when we dined, we really felt spoilt. In particular we'd like to call out the immensely friendly staff at The Lounge who made every single evening we spent there special, with their friendly nature and lovely customized dessert plates and also the lovely Yenni who welcomed us and who always took the extra time to come and talk to us, attend to our needs and make us feel special with some gifts for our trip, she put a huge smile on our face! A hotel's venue and amenities matter of course, but it's always the people that make the place and this was very true for our experience at The Ritz Carlton. We can't wait to come back!

I’ve stayed at many other 5 star resorts like Kempinski,Mulia,ayana,Sofitel,Conrad, renaissance Uluwatu, padma, alila ect. So my expectations were VERY HIGH when I booked it. I felt skeptical at first since I was let down by other hotels, but everything went smoothly….from the Check in process, breakfast, the room and much more!!! The one thing that I’d like to mention is that the staff are absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! Every single one of them …. Even the gardeners are so polite they will bow and greet the guest…. (Which doesn’t usually happen at other resorts) the spa was also amazing, we didn’t want to leave this place!

The resort was absolutely beautiful. This was the friendliest staff that I ever encountered in all of my travels. On-site dining was exceptional. The location was a good distance away from most of the activities that we did or were interested in doing. The beach was nice but too many rocks so standing/walking around the water could become an issue unless you found a clear spot.
