An absolutely amazing place!

It was a couple’s trip and it was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, with a majestic lobby that faces the ocean. The staff are proactive and warm. Everyone we saw greeted us with smiles and they tried their best to greet us by our names. They even gave me a surprise on my birthday, when I was having breakfast! It’s simply a beautiful place to recharge!

The night table was falling apart and washroom cabinets need replacement. Shouldn’t really be happening at a Ritz. Didn’t get room until 5pm, so manager comped out lunch. Need more food options.

Amazing hotel with beautiful surroundings and lovely staff who were all very kind and always ready to assist. The room was very spacious,comfortable and beautifully designed. Breakfast was so delicious and there was always a tasty option of local cuisine which was great.

Ritz-Carlton does it right - this is a beautiful hotel!! The staff is courteous, and attends to every detail of your stay. The beach and pool are beautiful with a great menu. Plenty of activities. There were many choices for dining and I found the food very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Best resort ever.

This was my first time to Bali and was it ever a great experience. The resort is amazing and the service is fist class - one feels from the moment you arrive with personal checking, breakfast, lunch and service by the pool.
