A group of 20 came here for my girlfriend 50th birthday and everything was AMAZING from the time we arrived (almost 8pm). When i say this place is BEAUTIFUL that would be an understatement. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The only thing is when doing tours and you want to grab a quick bite make sure it's not a $90 lobster :-). I tried the Luwak coffee and that would be a HARD PASS for me. Just staying around the resort is so serene and peaceful. The rooms and hotel are VERY CLEAN. The staff there are very polite attentive and will above and beyond to accommodate your needs. This was my first LONG distance flight and when i say i will gladly do it again to be at this resort i will. Sofitel Nusa Dua owes me NOTHING this was a lifetime experience. I definitely will be visiting in the near future. I LOVED THIS HOTEL Oh the beach is very clean not much seaweed but there is an issue with the water receding. If you get up for morning sunrise you will see what I'm referring to. But overall the trip was AMAZING WONDERFUL & WELL PLANNED AT SOFITEL NUSA DUA BALI.

Our stay at this property was very disappointing. The pool looks very nice but in reality it’s not a relaxing area at all, poorly managed by staff, sun beds are always busy so unless you get up very early to get a space you just won’t be able to find a sunbed! Staff only assist when you ask them to, otherwise they are not very approachable or attentive to your needs. For a 5 star resort this stay was a a complete let down, there are definitely other nicer properties in the area. Breakfast was mediocre, whilst plenty of choice the quality of food was poor, no tea or coffee offered unless you ask, long waiting times even for a hot drink at breakfast. Check in was also very long and they make you wait around while staff just chit chat. Overall, poor show for Sofitel, have stayed at better.

Nusa Dua was the place we needed to relax by the pool away from the normal hustle and bustle of Bali, The Sofitel was the perfect hotel for this. The staff were amazing . Especially at the pool. The food was a bit disappointing

Stunning resort. Rooms are amazing. Pools are fabulous with lots of sun loungers. Nice good. Great drinks. Lovely beach.

Hotel was comfortable with great service and comfortable beds. Very comparable to much cheaper hotels in the same area so I did not feel as though we got value for money.
