The property grounds are absolutely beautiful . The building is immaculate, dining area is warm, homely and fine dining with delicious food. We certainly felt the Jamaican culture at this hotel. Rooms are luxurious as well. Very respectful staff.

Very clean and comfy. Extremely over crowded.. Bathroom had a distasteful stench. Television and remote didn't work. And wifi wasn’t good. Very spotty. Courtyard by Marriott had way better wifi.

The kitchen/Breakfast area was relocated to another part of the hotel and the food pots were placed on hot plates that were not turned on therefore the food was not being properly heated and just sitting there building bacteria Not to mention the lobby being under complete construction and I was never notified! I changed my booking immediately and got a refund. For a Marriott hotel this was a nightmare! "
