Rooms were cleaned, beds and linens were cleaned. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every staff at Four Seasons, the kitchen staff, the front desk staff , the room service staff and the ladies that kept my room spotless. I was in Jamaica for 10 days because I got stranded due to hurricane Melissa and even though I wanted to go home the hotel staff was amazing. I felt appreciated and they did an excellent job. Big up! This was a very short stay, but the area was secure, the staff were on hand for my arrival after midnight and the front desk was very welcoming. Very convenient location in New Kingston, around a half hour drive or less to and from the airport

Check in the hotel no hot water cold water for three days. I’m there be safe wasn’t working. They give me a key for the safe. Told me if I lost the key. I cannot get back to my belongings. They told me it was gonna give me a different room They didn’t they check me out out of my room and my luggage was still in the room I pay for my room and they took me out.
