The Rok surpassed my expectations! The staff were welcoming, friendly & professional. Each staff member whether at the front desk, in the restaurant /bar or custodial went above & beyond to assist me and my family. The breakfast staff in particular were very accomodating and seemed well tained. The breakfast was topnotch with a nice mixture of Jamaican traditional & continental breakfasts. There were also healthier options. The room was clean, nicely designed and we had beautiful pool and harbour views. Great, safe stay at the ROK in downtown Kingston.

Clean room, absolutely beautiful property, very contemporary. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. TV however was not working for the entire first day of my stay. I had to call for assistance. Additionally, restaurant staff in the evening were slow in placing my order and providing service. This occurred more so at the bar of the restaurant. Lastly, did not receive my overall receipt with a breakdown of charges.
