Upgraded at check-in to ocean front room. Was able to view/video a lot of whale activity with the ocean front room. Room was very clean, welcoming and well kept. Staff was excellent and pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort and will return!!

We had an ocean front room. The room was lovely and was recently redone. The only restaurant at the hotel was Maui brewing company but it’s a short walk to wharler village where there are several restaurants. The pool is small no jacuzzi but the beach is amazing

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved how we were sent text messages of any updates or information on daily activities. Looks slightly outdated but currently under renovation. The food and drinks were great. We Will stay here again.

We stayed at the Sheraton 1 night during a heavy rain. There was rain leaking from ceilings and rain coming in from everywhere. They had great live music in the lobby. Most of the amenities were not a choice due to weather.
