We didn’t get room service even after requesting it. I understand there is a schedule but when we called we had requested for it. There was also 1 small bottle of shampoo and body wash for each day to be split amongst everyone in the room.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was very nice. There isn't much beach right out from the resort but it is a close walk to the main beach area.

I would’ve loved a few more free amenities for the cost. There was a daily fee to use the gym, for example. Breakfast wasn’t included and you only get one 20% off coupon. For the price, I just would’ve expected a few more perks, like the cookies at Embassy Suites."
