"The room was clean. Looks bigger in the picture. The bathroom area was a bit smaller than expected. There was only two of us in the room and we had to squeeze past eachother here and there. One thing is they didn’t create space for luggage. But overall it was doable."

So you are looking to organize some time in Kyōto? Hoping to reserve a hotel in the Joyo area? Within an easy driving distance of the city center, you will find 5 suitable long and short-stay accommodation options.
Learn about a number of lodgings located within a 3 miles (5 kilometers) drive from Joyo's downtown area, including the Kyoto Uji Hanayashiki Ukifune-en and Seizansou.
The Hiiragiya Ryokan can be found 12 miles (19 kilometers) from the center of Joyo. Or, alternatively, the Ryokan Yoshida-sanso can be found 12 miles (20 kilometers) away. Some other possible accommodation options include the Tsukihitei Ryokan and the Ishibekoji Ryugin.
