"Valerie at arrival, made us feel very welcomed! When I turned the TV, I saw a "Welcome Nancy" that made us feel special. Right after we got a text to let them know how was the room. Next day, the same, just to find out if everything was going well. Also Dylan was super friendly, he printed our Palo Duro entrance with a very sweet smile and was very professional during our checkout. Definitely, I'll keep Spark Hotels on our mind. Hopefully, all of them have the same service!"
