Very run down property. Had to move rooms because the first room the bathroom tub and shower were falling apart with cracks in the walls and tub was falling apart. Moved us to a second room and in the bathroom the ceiling panels were falling down onto the floor whenever the door closed. Trash in the hallways and just overall not very clean.

I asked when making reservation for room close to pool. They gave me a room in old part of hotel. Went back up and asked for different room. The next room only had 1 bed in it. The third room we were given only had 1 bath towel and wash cloth in it. The bathroom needs updates. There was an old junk camper outside on the property! Several other people had problems with their rooms and were asking for refunds. This was my third stay and i wont come back. The best part of the place is the pool.

The bed had bugs and hair in it, the bedside counters had not been wiped and clearly had food/drink on it. Carpet was very dirty, lots of crumbs and food all over like it is never vacuumed. We had a non-smoking but the room smelled like marijuana. We were quick to check out and will never return. The manager was quick to address our issues.

Loved going to the Derby Dinner Playhouse on a whim next door and seeing an amazing show. We asked to move to a lakeside room and the staff kindly moved us, but in the new room, the dresser is broken and the room feels a little exposed, with people walking right by and cigarette butts on the patio. Overall, it's been just fine though for our one-night stay. I will let the staff know about the dresser.

There were water leaks dripping along the corridors into garbage cans. Come with snacks - no vending & the restaurant kitchen isn't open during the advertised time. The toilet barely flushed, would take several attempts. No room cleaning during 4 night stay. The room was tidy & it isn't a loud facility, just very in need of repairs. Reception staff is friendly, but I was lucky if anyone noticed I was in the restaurant. Would recommend for a single night, but not a long stay.

Its a scam they are stealing your money

THIS HOTEL IS RUN DOWN!! The hotel is very mislead!! If you look at the pictures and then show up its very disappointing and we felt as if we had been robbed!! We paid way to much for this hotel!! First room they put us in had a bad toilet leak that leaked all over the bathroom floor to where we had to get in the shower to get away of the water because we couldn't get out because our kids where in the room we went to the front desk and they put us in another room and that room was not clean by no means, the room had a alcohol bottle on the floor by the window (remind you we had our 4 year old with us that could have got ahold of it) and the coffee maker was nasty in the top where you put clean water in it. The pool was so warm but they really need to heat it out in the pool area its so cold in there!! The chairs in the pool area where rusted bad and they didnt have many at all like the pictures and when it comes to towels for the pool they are about impossible to get it took almost an hour and asking 3 times for pool towels then when we get them they where all stained and nasty but its so cold in there we didn't have any choice but to use them! This place is rin down!!

We were in a section with an older style but the bed was comfortable. There was a mini-refrigerator & a coffee/tea maker, but no microwave. Overall, it was an okay night's stay.

I am glad that we left and did not stay. The property was in very poor shape with outdated carpet, furniture and fixtures. The room that we were assigned to was very sub-par and had a very dingy smell. The room itself was not cleaned properly and after arriving back from dinner, our bathroom ceiling tiles were soaked, and water/debris were all over the toilet and floor. The front counter gal was very nice when I explained the situation after leaving. They need to address some of these issues as the images online do not represent the place at all.
