I was very disappointed given that it’s the W Hotel. My room was not clean, the tub has some missing chopped tile on the wall that I scratched my leg and the iron was broken. The tip of the iron perforated through a shirt of mine and I had to request a new one. I had left empty glass cups from the bar in the lobby and they never picked them up. I was too busy trying to enjoy my stay with my family that I was not going to complain. But it was very disappointing and not a great experience.

Staff and service was good, property needs a renovation - very tired. Lifts weren’t working first day. Be aware that the large illuminated boards in Times Square never turn off - so the black out blinds are closed to sleep. They work well but it’s never pitch black and you can’t wake with natural light - set an alarm. The Bonvoy app works well and staff were attentive. Great location and clean hotel.
