Made a reservation at this hotel intending to drive to the location and park the car and stay overnight. I called the hotel and verified (twice) that there would be parking available across the street at a garage that the hotel had arrangements with. When I arrived, traffic was nightmarish and I circled the area for over two hours unable to park anywhere - the garage they had directed me too was closed and overflowing onto the street. I had to abort my trip and return home without staying as there was no place to park. I want a refund.

The location for this moderni hotel is ezcellent. Staff is very friendly, has a gym. Rooms not huge (its NY after all) but nicely designed. Very nice value.

The hotel was very nice. I arrived an hour after check in started and my room was not inspected yet. I had a short wait but not too long. The room was spacious and well organized. The best part was the quietness. They have water stations on each floor which was wonderfully convenient. The second floor has the living room. This room had several sitting areas along with a self serve espresso machine. The price of late checkout is half the room price. I found this ridiculous. I needed an extra hour to finish a meeting but was able to use the living room area without the heavy fine.
