Clean, quiet, modern. Rooms have everything that you need and then some. The location could not better. We can walk to everything we want to see and do. We have stayed with them on three different visits

service was sub-par: had to request clean towels two times; workers were laying new carpet in the adjacent room which resulted in considerable noise (pounding; grinding) and inability to access the elevator as they stored the old carpet in the hallway. Cleaners neglected to clean the closet (prior guest left boots and socks). Bedsheets were dirty (i.e., various fresh stains).

Nothing fancy but clean and great location. Staff goes out of their way to make sure expectations are met. A great little gem to stay in the quick pace of New York. Will definitely stay again!!

I stayed at the Jewel in late January 2025. It was a great little hotel in a good location. It was very clean and quiet. Staff was nice and helpful. I liked the free coffee/espresso machine. They also have free refillable chilled water on each floor right by the hotel rooms. I will for sure be staying here again!
