Comfortable room, quiet location, weird shower

This is a very comfortable and quiet hotel near Penn Station and the Fashion District. In fact, the only problem was the weird shower. The door is in the end of the shower that is away from the shower head so you have to lean into the shower pretty far to turn it on. There is no way to keep from getting doused with cold water unless you have very long arms!

The hotel receptionist gave me two bottles of water on the first day. However, when I asked for more water on the second day, she raised her voice and said, “What I told you yesterday.” I explained that I was tired the previous day, then she gave me just one bottle and told me to refill it if I needed more. She said this in a very rude manner. If she had simply explained that the hotel provides only two bottles per stay, I would have understood and ordered more online.

Unfortunately, my stay at this location was the worse. The room was not ready upon arrival, finally when it was it was no clean, and the bathroom had urine on the floor. During my stay when I stepped out i placed the do not disturb sign on the door and came back to find my room door opened. Customer service stated they would reach out to me regarding my complaint and no one did. Also, between 6-7am in the morning there was so much noise because they were doing repairs in the next rooms. I don’t usually post reviews but the service here was terrible. First time with that kind of experience at a Hilton hotel.
