i’ve stayed here about six times on my own and as a guest with other people and I’ve always had a good experience. This time I found some of the staff to be very rude and not helpful. I went to the front desk twice to ask questions about my reservation and I was told. “ you can check that yourself online”. If the front desk staff doesn’t want to work seems like the position should just be dissolved altogether. I also booked for a king room and it was not a king size bed, but two twins beds pushed together. I did not complain because I didn’t have time as I was going to be late for an event. My total for a one night day was supposed to be. $265 $100 for incidentals. I was charged $420 instead, but I will wait a few business days for the hold to fall off before taking further action. Overall, this was my most unpleasant experience at this hotel not sure if I will be returning.

Room 427. The air condition is broken. Always have a noise ~ Why ask her employee to change the room? They said they can only refund me $50. But no one follow up! They just Saturday. Sorry about that!
