"The stay was great. It’s a precious house. It’s well worth the great price…The check in process was stressful and booking through VRBO and then having to jump through hoops to prove my identity with Vacasa and them sending me an email that they’ve canceled my stay when I was already there, then getting the wrong code from the person I sat on hold with for an hour, then having to call back while my kids stood outside getting eaten alive by mosquitos was terrible. I then received an email about a stay I booked in Las Vegas which was inaccurate… check in took about 4 hours after arriving. It was not an easy process."
