It is one of 3 houses that are much closer to the water than all of the surrounding houses. You have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the sunset. The house is large and well stocked. The deck is perfect. There is DirecTV but we used our Roku device for ESPN."

"So much room! Everything made sense and there was lots of room to stretch out in the house and outside as well. The view of the beach was perfection. And the rooftop deck was *chef’s kiss*. This home is almost to the end of the public area of the peninsula so the beachfront felt so private. Definitely not crowded. If your goal is to try to unplug and just be with your family and friends, this home will make it easy! "
