Very nice establishment. Very moderne and up to date. Beds are very comfy as they are sleep number beds. The pillows on the other hand are horrible, after the 1st night, I had to make a trip to Walmart and buy a pillow. Shower/bathroom area is very nice tile but the shower door seal didnt work well and I had to place a towel on the floor of the outside shower to control the water.

Lovely hotel, really nicely done, beautiful bar and restaurant. Unfortunately the barman didnt seem to know how to use the computer system so there was such a long wait for drinks that we ordered our next round as soon as the first ones eventually arrived.

Great layover for MIA

Overnight layover. The transfer to and from MIA was hassle free. Got picked up outside Door 5. The room was so big! The view over the runway was great and quiet. The shower is amazing.

Very large upgraded suite. Lots of storage and clean room. View was the worst. We did not opened up our curtains. Bed was very high and mattress was uncomfortable. Bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing well. Too much pressure on the sink faucet. Water from shower comes out a lot and gets into vanity area. We had to use towels to mop each time we used shower. Shower fixtures have no water pressure. Ceiling shower head would not stop running water, no matter what setting we were using. We used all handle controls. We are builders and know how controls work. We did not complained as we were only there for one night. But these issues need to be fixed for the guests to enjoy the suite. We liked the setup of the suite but fridge was placed in an awkward place. It should be placed inside a built in cabinetry.

The staff are amazing! We got to the hotel way before check in, but they still aloud us to use all the amenities and offered to keep our luggage until our room was ready. They also were apply to get us a room way before check in. The hotel is beautiful, super clean. We will definitely be back.
