Requested lower floor months ahead. Could not provide. Double booked. Toilet loose from floor. No way to plug the bathtub. Broken toilet paper dispenser. Broken smoke alarm. No plug in sink. Grey sheets. Parking lot not cleared of snow

Room and amenities, filthy not what was listed website. We we able to change rooms to an acceptable room.

The place was run down with people hanging out in the hallways. When I opened the door to my room, someone had been staying in it. I left without staying and still struggling to get a refund. Do not stay here!
