Despite what Travelocity tells you on their website, this property does NOT have a pool or hot tub. It was the only reason we reserved this particular hotel. When I tried to call Travelocity to move our reservation to a different hotel with the desired amenities, they didn’t call me back for nearly 4 HOURS. Obviously, we just had to check in to the room at that point. My family was so disappointed. I still haven’t been able to reach a single person at Travelocity. I’ll never be using them again.

I had many issues

The room was very unclean there were ants everywhere my first room the toilet was broken my second room the bed was broken just a very unpleasant stay the hotel needs a complete upgrade the pool is half the size it was in the picture and the bottom of the pool pieces are falling off

Dirty and old, never again

I usually only stay at one hotel brand, but decided to try holiday inn for this trip, but I’ll Never do that again. Old outdated everything, corrosion on the shower and faucets, old mattresses that sagged in the center, filthy carpets with stains, dirt in every corner, mold on the caulking in the bathroom. Just not where I want to stay. This stay, will make me stay away from holiday inn’s for sure.

Friendly Staff, Dirty Hotel

Remember that party when you woke up on that lumpy wore out couch in your friends weird smelling and dusty basement. That was the room at this hotel. Staff was awesome the pool was filthy and the room was dirty and uncomfortable.

staff were helpful - breakfast great - room not the best

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
We stopped here for one night on our way to Ohio to celebrate our grandson's high school graduation. They provide an excellent breakfast (hot - bacon - omelet, etc# - the staff was friendly helpful #we forgot a toothbrush - they brought one to us quickly, but would/could not use it more than once or twice) Time on clock radio was incorrect - and, for the life of me, I could not get it adjusted. Towel bar in bathtub was loose. Bathroom light & fan on same switch - fan very noisy. There was even a rip in one of the bed covers. Would likely stay there again, but was not greatly impressed.

Good place to stay

We have stayed in this facility many times over the years. The only time we had any trouble was just before the recent change of management, and then the problem was taken care of. We find the rooms clean, the beds comfortable, and the atmosphere quiet. Staff have always been helpful (with the one exception I mentioned). Good free breakfast available. Swimming pool is a plus. We stay there when we visit nearby family. A good place to stay. I am not sure the exact dates of our last stay there, but it was recently. Probably will stay there again this week.

horrible hotel & staff

Our room was full of spiders and the front desk people were very rude and not accomadating, everything is dirty and really needed to be cleaned, an obvious problem with spiders everywhere.
