I was told upon arrival that my room had indeed been cancelled. And the only room they could get me into was at another location at 3 times the price I was on my own to find a place that night

I liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay. However, three days after checkout, the hotel tried to charge my card for $65. I called to ask why, I was told something was missing from the room and the manager would call me back. While waiting for a call back, I was charged $20 three separate times, then two attempted charges of $10 and $5. I called back and the manager answered the phone and told me the alarm clock was missing from the room. There was no alarm clock in the room. I called customer care, they said I could "file a concern" which would take a week to complete. I tried to ask for contact information for the general manager and the owner, customer care did not know this information and had to call the front desk and was only told "Kelly." I called the hotel directly, again, and was told they do not give the owner's information. What kind of company allows owners to use their branding and has NO information on who owns the property and no control over how the business is run?? I really enjoyed the room and was planning another trip next month, but I will be choosing another hotel chain. I will never use the Wynham or Baymont brand again.

Good location for our purposes. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room was a suite was a separate living room; a great design. We liked having a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. They even had Wolfgang Puck coffee!

You get what you pay for.

Pros: Proximity to I-69. Very easy on and off.
Our stay was fine. The room was clean and the staff was helpful but so as if often the case; you get what you pay for. There were no towels in the pool area (we had to chase down a staff member to get some), and the pool was pretty darn cold. The room was clean and comfortable but the guests above us and just down the hall were very noisy well into the night and disrespectful. There were crushed potato chips in the stairwell for 1/2 a day before they were swept up. A rear entry door was propped open most of the day on Saturday. All in all it served its purpose, but will be willing to pay more for a better experience next time. I would recommend it to a friend but not without an explanation.

Never again

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were there for travel volleyball. Our girls got locked in their room for quite sometime. Another huge group of people got stuck in the elevator for close to an hour. We saw what we believed to be, hookers. The entire hotel smelled of pot. The entire time we were there. We had people next to us that kept us up the entire evening. The people at the front desk were nice. The manager came and he was awful.

And i did what i could to make you guys happy i let you and your friends stay in the lobby late and i ask was everybody ok and you could stay in the lobby as long as you guys where not to loud and i asked if you could keep it down and a few people in the group felt i was rude because i asked you guys to lower your voices it was late. Sorry if you feel like i was rude some people in the group was very nice.Thank you for staying and have a great day

We arrived late in the evening along with a few other guests (not in our group)..there was no one at the desk, just a sign saying "be right back". After a few mins of waiting a man came in and started waiting on the couple ahead of us. The next shift worker walked in and the first man, stopped helping the couple and said "oh you're here..well I'm out of here"..proceeded to punch out and leave. We later found out it was the new guys first night alone on the job. He actually handled the pressure of 6 people in line very well considering this. It took over 45 mins to get us checked in. We then went to our room and quickly learned our floor was full of 20 somethings who were there to party...Running up and down the halls all night. Needless to say, we couldn't wait to check out in the morning. We definitely will not be back.
