I was "greeted" by front desk person who acted like I did something wrong by booking on Expedia. It was clear that I inconvenienced her. I waited way too long for check-in after a long day at work and a 3-hour drive. Then I could not take my "free" water since my hands were full. I tried to buy a water, and the vending machine was broken. Fire marshals were testing the elevator during checkout time making stairs the only option. 😳 On the plus side, the AM front desk person was delightful.
