This is a clean and well kept hotel. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I would stay again anytime I'm in Hyannis!

Nice,can walk to town and ferry

Breakfast was strictly continental in a c exceptional clean room. Almost feel like you don't want to touch anything. room.Staff friendly. I do feel like on Mother'S Day the Inn could offer the mother's a glass of wine or made some sort of acknowledgement. Overall Virginia

First Stay at the Cape!

The hotel was centrally located to many attractions and Sandy was very helpful with dinner recommendations. Our room was fine except the bath needs to be bigger. Breakfast was good. I'd stay there again and it's a good value for the price.

Mother's day at the Cape

Pros: Rooms were very nicely furnished, beds comfortable, very clean. Flat screen TV, small fridge in room.
Cons: I thought they were slightly overpriced.
Location: Lots of great restaurants, duck boats,boat rides, Ferry,bars, and of course shopping. Not beach weather, but I think not too far away.
Lovely room, all have some view of the harbor. We did ask to change our room though because the deluxe harbor view that we were first given had only a tiny view of the harbor, and that was from the even tinier deck shared with the room next door. If someone in the room next door was out on deck at same time,you would have been able to scracth their heads . The hotel staff gave us a different room that was much better view, and we had a slightly larger deck. They were very nice about switching the room. We enjoyed the local restaurants, and bars. Also enjoyed the hotel views.
