This was the WORST experience ever at a Marriott establishment. Starting with the check in. A group of us came in Friday morning & were able to check in early with no problem and no fee. I came Sat morning, our group was still lounging in the breakfast area. It was around 11:30-12pm, I asked to check in & the lady said it was $30. I explained that everyone else was able to check in early with no fee. I understood the policy was 3pm, so that’s fine but her attitude & customer service was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL & HORRIBLE. I’m talking to her very polite & respectful & she’s snapping & very short with me. I walked away, went to kill time…came back at 3pm….STILL NO ROOM READY. Again, her attitude is like she didn’t care & didn’t offer any kind of apology, she’s just sitting on her ass like it’s not her job to provide assistance & explain WHY we still don’t have a room and it’s after 3pm.
Sierra was very helpful & understanding. She did what she could right away.
Our TV barely worked, no one never came to fix it. Never received the fresh towels we asked for because apparently they don’t clean the rooms daily. It was just a horrible stay & I would never stay here again or recommend.
