The pictures are deceiving especially when they wouldn’t let me switch rooms ! Roaches in the room..previous guest must killed some on the walls because they didn’t clean them off ..smh I want a refund

The TV never came on. So there was a loss of news info my husband likes to watch the news before bed so he was totally upset about that. I called the office and the front desk agent told me there was nothing he could do. Also that he gets off at 6 a.m. and the manager will be here so speak with them about it. I thought that was rude. We drove in from Dallas on a turnaround trip and that was totally unacceptable.
