"It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Colorful and coastal vibe is a nice touch. It’s not a big property, but you won’t miss on anything. Breakfast was freshly made and had the right amount of variety. The mini pool and the sitting area by the pool is a great spot to wind down after an exhausting hike. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced was TV not working properly. It wasn’t a big deal, since we were there only for 2 nights and we spent most of our time either exploring outside or by the pool. Highly recommended."

"We stayed two nights. Our first night and morning were excellent. The young man who checked us in and also greeted us the next morning was amazing. Friendly. Helpful. The young girl at the desk the second night however was not. After a day of hiking we were all hot and tired md just wanted to shower and relax. The young man had told us to place our used towel outside our door after the first night and they would be replaced with fresh towels. So we did that. When we came back to our room the evening of day two we saw only two fresh towels. Our old towels had been picked up. So I stopped at the front desk to grab a few more towels. The young woman at the desk said I would need to bring the old towels to the desk to exchange for new towels. I explained that we had left the old towels outside our room and they had been picked up so we no longer had them. I explained we had three people in our room and only two clean towels. We would like at least one more so we could all shower. She said “is that so?” I just looked at her. She said here is our towel policy pointing at a sign taped on the desk. I once again explained we no longer had the used towels. Her response was “well I’m busy folding towels so it will have to wait”. I just looked at her. Her response and her attitude were unacceptable. I should not have to answer an interrogation and provide proof that we had no towels just to get fresh towels. Until this point I would gladly have booked at your hotel again.No longer. "

"If you’re looking for some fancy five star hotel experience, that’s not what this is. However this IS a well maintained country cabin in a beautiful setting. The deck and view was amazing! We stayed in Cabin 5 in the retreat center. We felt safe and it was clean and comfortable. We’re already looking at booking another stay, this time with other friends and family in the surrounding cabins. The location is amazing. Delicious restaurants and coffee nearby! Proximity to the park is just right."

"Absolutely wonderful. Very quiet little cabins tucked away. The little creek behind the cabins just makes this place so peaceful. Clean, well stocked on essentials, the owner responds fast to any questions, check in and out was super simple and easy. This is definitely my new happy place. Thank you guys so much for the stay, I WILL be back. "
