3 Bedroom Villa with balcony water views, minutes away from the beach

Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor Bluff villa is perfect for a larger family, with an open floorplan and one of the largest living spaces found in any Sea Pines villa. With six beds and room for up to two children on the sleeper sofa, this unit has everything you need for a wonderful Sea Pines vacation. The unit has a large, fully stocked kitchen with an island opening to a combined living room and dining area that has more than enough space for the entire family. Off of the living room is a balcony with views of the Calibogue Sound across the street. This is also where your beach access is located, just a short walk from the villa.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath. The two additional bedrooms also both feature one queen bed, and the third features two full beds. They share a second hallway bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space for children.

Please note, there is no elevator access to the villa.

Everything Hilton Head has to offer is at your fingertips. Come stay at this beautiful Bluff Villa and enjoy it all.

Great location. Beautiful surroundings

Property we found as desctibed. Missed elevator for carrying items up three flights of stairs. Some things were in need of repair: commode and refrigerator handle.Furniture was appropriate and comfortable .Other than items mentioned above we were very satisfied.

Uncomfortable beds and poor plumbing

Two bedrooms had mattresses so cheap no one could sleep on them. They tried the couches instead. The master toilet did not flush properly and the tub shower did not drain properly. $300 cleaning fee is excessive and the other add on charges allow them to advertise the night rate as low and attractive

Overall a pretty nice place to spend a week

Overall the place was good. Location is great, short walk to the beach. The pool that we had access too turned out to not have water in it which was a bummer. They did get us access to another one when I called but it was kind of far so we never went. Condo is spacious and had plenty of room for us.
