"Parking was close. I could even see my car from my room. Breakfast was not bad. Staff we not always easy to understand. Generally good. The room was clean and everything was updated. However, the bed was squeaky. It made it harder to sleep."

"I would say that our stay was just ok. The room was clean enough but very basic. Pool had thick brown film all along the inside where the water met the white tiles and no towels stocked until we were already leaving. the sauna was not available, had pad lock on it.The gym is not properly maintained and lots of equipment out of service. We didn't mind the old equipment but many had out of order signs. The bowling was out of order with a broken floor, most of the arcade was out of order. The breakfast buffet had nobody working at the crepe station all morning, it was also on the same floor as the pool so you get a mix of chlorine odor with your breakfast. When we sat down for breakfast, the server went to get our coffee and then told us we could leave to get get our food... but when we came back with our plates our table had been taken, she never told that person to move and we had to find somewhere else to sit. Overall I only booked this hotel because of the proximity to downtown and it was below our expectations. Very dated, not well cared for to have the name of "Crowne plaza"."
