The hotel room was very nice and we had everything we needed in the room. The pool area is undersized for the amount of rooms they have. The whole time we stayed the pool was filled with kids screaming and yelling. The parking lot has trash in it including a used condom so that needs some attention. In the area this is the nicest hotel by a mile it’s a shame the clientele this area attracts has so little respect for the property and fellow guests. I’ll end on a positive note the breakfast is very nice and we left full each morning.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Good location Check in was quick. Check in and check out gentlemen were very nice. Any other staff during the day or evening didn't say hello or even acknowledge you. Pool and hot tub were nice, however, during the day adult women were in the pool with regular clothes on and several young kids late evening running around jumping in the pool and hot tub with parents not saying a word to them.

The property was very clean. We stayed in the West wing which was new. Our room was very nice--everything was new and clean. People over our room were noisy and just kept banging and stomping on the floor. I called the front desk because it was after 10:30 pm. They said they would handle it but they didn't. It continued until after midnight.

Feedback

Toilet seat needed to be replaced. One of the two room card keys didn’t work even after I had it rekeyed a second time. Other-than the above, our stay was pleasant.
