Everything was great/rooms/ checkin except the neglect from security to enforce the noise issues all night from room few doors down. Kept us up with the crazy screaming and fighting to find out in morning there was a stabbing/Domestic culmination and boyfriend was bleeding all over. Security panicking and calling paramedics etc Just wasn't a safe feeling night for us. Think coupd have all been avoided with security that would have stepped in overnight. Rqting for hotel was great! the way they handled violators of noise and violence poor, we will think twice after that experience staying there again.

The room was very dingy with stains on the rugs and in the bathroom. There was also what seems to be blood on one of the walls. The common spaces were also very dirty (elevators, hallways, lobby area). The whole place smells like smoke.

It was an older place but rooms had lots of updates. Our room had a couch table and chairs and a sink microwave fridge and coffee maker. Was very spacious ( 3 floor even #s no view Hot tub was not bad not large (6) could’ve been a little hotter The casino was a decent size with a good variety of slots Restaurants good variety for not a large place. We had the Friday buffet and it was worth it. Breakfast to go so we could eat in the room was great for the price

The entire place was very good, we will most likely return as we travel to Boston three to four times a year. The only negative was the a/c unit made very excessive noise. We would have called about it, but we were in the casino and didn't return to our room until late.
