Every morning, they show you to your seat (which is very convenient; no need to scramble for a seat), and they know whether or not you are staying there alone or as part of a group. Again, very convenient! The luggage team (bellboys?) also did an amazing job, storing your luggage and knowing when you will be collecting (you hive them an approximate time of collection). These services just made the stay all the more enjoyable! 10/10, without a doubt!"
