Perfect hotel location wise for our stay in Sydney. A 250 metres to light rail and other transport options, and similar distance to the cuisines available at Darling Harbour.

We had stayed here the week before,so knew the hotel. We liked the location, close to Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station and Light Rail. We had a compact room for one night only, fine for one or two nights only. The Cafe on the ground floor does a good breakfast. Free coffee in lobby is a nice touch, but bring your room cups! Would stay again.

Our room was not ready upon arrival because it had just been painted. No other rooms available. We were moved into it eventually. But obviously it stank of paint and had a stale swerage smell. Not much chop. Plenty of other hotels in Sydney.

The room was quite comfortable. Located just a short walk from everything. Front desk was quite personable and helpful even when incredibly busy. I was "upgraded" to a room with a balcony but no patio/balcony furniture. Bed was super comfy. However, furniture and appliances are dated. An update is needed for sure.

I occupied a spacious apartment that was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I appreciated the daily servicing of the room. The only negative was the position of the wc, extremely close to a wall.

This property is poorly maintained. Water is leaking from bath room sink and was fixed. Shower bath body solution is empty. Notify check in reception people, but they never fix the problem for few days. Poor communication from reception people to cleaning people. Will not book this hotel again.

The room the large, spacious, and spotless. The hotel is in a central location for meeting places for excursions and shopping areas. The staff was so courteous, kind, and helpful by calling taxis, suggestions routes, providing maps, and suggestions. Buddhi was especially helpful, when a stolen credit card became a problem.

Brilliant location. Walking distance to Town Hall Station and supermarkets. Close to the main attractions too. Rooms are a bit outdated but it looks like they will revamp them sometime soon because our bathroom was brand new and modern. We requested a couple of things that were missing in our room mainly in the kitchen, and the front desk was very responsive and attended to our needs promptly. They even replaced our safe that was broken. I would stay with them again but I would check first if the rooms have been renovated. The coffee shop downstairs was great too. Friendly staff and delicious food.

Rooms could use a refresh. Very dated, especially the bathroom. Carpets in room and hallway were very dirty. Sheer curtains under the main blackout curtains would be nice as we could see right into the hotel rooms across the streets

Room was clean and all amenities available. Rooms were serviced daily and was much appreciated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. As well this hotel sits in a prime location and is a great base to Darling Harbour as well as bus, trains and trams. Was a great spot to stay with my young daughter. The added benefit of a pool on site was great and allowed us to have some downtime without having to brave the heat. All up really enjoyed my stay. Was good value for money.
